Dustin is an accomplished commercial real estate appraiser with 17 years of experience, is originally from the Black Hills. He launched Ferguson Appraisals in Colorado in January of 2010. In 2020, the company expanded its operations into South Dakota, expanding the coverage area.
Dustin has appraised numerous multi-million dollar assets across the area, demonstrating his extensive expertise in commercial, multifamily, industrial and luxury residential properties. He has excelled as an expert witness, providing litigation support, participated on multiple real estate boards, edited appraisal courses for online providers like McKissock, and conducted commercial real estate feasibility studies.
